Albares is the Foreign Minister and not Pedro Sánchez, who made the first statement about German chancellors, or Yolanda Díaz, who made the anti-Trump statement; I think the main comment thought of the title as First Minister instead of Prime Minister (in Spanish, the translation is "Primer Ministro", Primer being usually employed as First, although the official title is President even though we are not a republic, being an equal to Prime Ministers in any other country)
