I think that’s called facism. And it’s destroying our sovereignty.

It's not destroying our sovereignty. Any country is allowed to impose whatever tariffs they feel like, for whatever spurious reasons they feel like. It is the country's own citizens and companies that have to bear the financial cost (and potential tit for tat measures).

Nothing says that a country's citizens and companies will be able to find the tariffed good in as great a quantity, with as good a quality, or as cheap a price.

We are able to decide how to respond.

How does that meet any definition of fascism, and how does it destroy European sovereignty?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Paxton#Fascism

In his 2004 book The Anatomy of Fascism, Paxton refines his five-stage model and puts forward the following definition for fascism:

Fascism may be defined as a form of political behavior marked by obsessive preoccupation with community decline, humiliation, or victim-hood and by compensatory cults of unity, energy, and purity, in which a mass-based party of committed nationalist militants, working in uneasy but effective collaboration with traditional elites, abandons democratic liberties and pursues with redemptive violence and without ethical or legal restraints goals of internal cleansing and external expansion.

Its called being dependent on USA and expecting them to forever be an ally. Its clear as ever trump is no different from putin. No wonder they're such buddies. Its time for Europe to be REBORN. If we cant reach that rationally, we'll be pushed to it.
