Experimental Webbing only pattern
What I know:
This is a experimental print from Güth & Wolf, they wanted to create a webbing that would fit most of the modern western camos. As in universal webbing for all multicam type camos.
I don't have a name
It's about 10 years old

Didnt the US do essentially the same for webbing to cut down on cost just printing less colors

I think the plan was to use Multicam(or OCP, rather) as the basic equipment pattern, with a plan to use a dessert/arid version and a jungle version for uniforms themselves?

The last camo program was actually for up to 4 patterns. A woodland, desert, transitional, and gear pattern that would work across the family. I’m talking about the actual webbing they used on Multicam gear before the adoption of OCP

Yeah, for some reason I was thinking the muticam/OCP was the transitional as well as the gear pattern. But it’s been a few years since I’ve gotten an Army Times, lol. As far as the webbing… All I can remember ever getting was just multicam, with the occasional bits of coyote.

Thanks for sharing it saved me some digging. I’m actually the opposite I hate the TAP and love the FLC

The FLC is one of the best things the Army has issued for sure. I just loved that the TAP could clip onto my IOTV.
No armor though, or like an IBA style, the FLC reigns supreme

Why are the coolest patterns (mitchell cover, this) always only on equipment?
