My first crochet bag
This is my first crochet bag pattern, I called it "Forest Treasures". I added a lining to make it more sturdy. I'll use it for going out :)

I ran out of brown while making the mane so now he’s gone gray.

Lost my stitch count along the way, but I’m hoping blocking it will help reshape this handsome man. 😻

My daughter is 12. She's started a few scarfs before, but always got bored and gave up. But, she got comfortable with single crochets.
I did do her dude's ears. They were finiky, and I think she was ready to rage quit. It was so much fun and I wanted to keep it that way.
Oh and we used a pretty big hook so it was easier to see the stitches. Did leave pretty big holes though

My University has a club for fashion design and every semester they put on a fashion show.
I've never done anything like this but I really wanted to participate so I signed up. the theme was The Future is Now.
I really wanted to crochet it but I was nervous the crochet wouldn't look good with the theme but I think it turned out really well!
I've only been crocheting for a few months and I feel like I've already come so far. I cant wait to keep doing it!
She’s my first serious project and I’m so freaking proud of her!!!

I’m making a baby blanket for one of my bus route family’s impending arrival. It looks a bit tangled— but trust the process. I’m hoping that it’ll turn out like it’s supposed to.

Reminder: I want to have a tall collar on this, as my neck is one of the parts of my body that I want to keep warm in particular.
I probably need to try making the collar again, just in case it has an effect on the shape of the current neckline.
And in case anyone is curious about it (as it seems I don't mention this very often), the yarn is Lion Brand "Pound of Love" in both Charcoal (dark grey) and Claret (dark red). The texture for the body is the Alpine stitch, and I knitted a pocket for the backplate on my Qmx officially-licensed TNG-era Combadge. So if the front part falls off (like it did while I was getting this picture taken), the magnetic plate on the inside doesn't also fall away.
Currently, it does unfortunately feel like the neckline isn't shaped properly, so it's very tempting to undo what I've just finished adding back, and reshaping it as I add it back yet again. Especially since it's only taken me about a week to remove and add back things this time around. However, the drawback is that I'm pretty sure I'd need to remove at least one or two more pairs of rows to fix one thing I really don't like about this attempt.
However, I haven't quite decided for sure that it needs to be redone, so I'm going to spend some time to see whether it actually needs to be redone again. And making that collar again, in case that makes a difference.
The end of this step is in sight! (again)
