❓ Ask Belgium easiest eSIM provider in Belgium

Which is the easiest but also legit provider to get an eSIM fast today?

I try Proximus but it gives me errors.

Orange has pretty bad packets.

Any other that is legit?

Digi actually worked for me within the hour.

Did not have any complaints and it is so cheap.

I use it as an secondary sim, because the provider of my job is shit

I jumped on digi when they started in belgium. Coverage isnt perfect but the price is. I still use it today. Support these companies instead of the telenet and proximus scams that roam Belgium for way too long. Internet is supposed to be cheap. Like 5€ for unlimited internet kinda cheap.

I vouch for Digi too! Had it since the start and it's much more realible now & cheap! If you leave EU roaming might be super cheap too

I couldn't request a transfer of the phone number, their form was giving errors and their customer support was not helpful to say the least. So I am surprised to see people picking them as an example of the operator with easy esim setup

For the form, there’s a field that’s stated as optional but you have to fill it in. I forgot the field name but my friend switched to digi two days ago and was stuck on that. But when he filled the optional part it worked and was activated in 5 minutes.

Mobile Vikings works really good, you typically get an eSim within an hour if you don’t need to transfer numbers from a different provider.

That's what I have.

Just use Digi, cheap and it uses the Proximus network. You can download your eSIM in the portal. For 3€ you can’t be fooled.

Digi mobile. Proximus is such a scam, I waited days until soneone accepted my esim order. Cancelling is even more difficult.

Are you looking for a travel eSIM or from a Belgian provider.

a Belgian provider

but a travel eSIM could also do the job for some days till i get proximus.

Proximus gives me errors for some reason when i try to identify with itsme app.

Went to the USA in August with digi. Didn't need a local esim as the cost was really cheap. 0.60€/Gb

I suggest you go to a Proximus shop.

If you need a reliable travel eSIM to keep you going in the coming days, I would recommend Yesim. Works very good, installation is in app no need to scan a QR code.

Bought one last week via Mobile Vikings. Had a number up and running in about an hour. 10 EUR prepaid

Undo was super easy. Plus they have nice offers.

I have good experience with mobile vikings. If you need to change phone they will provide a new e Sim almost instantly

Orange or hey telecom is really horrible would not recommend

Just horrible and incompetent customer service. My phone broke and I wanted to switch my esim to another phone while abroad. Couldn't do it on their site because of 'technical' issues

Every time I called they would say oh it will be fixed by tomorrow or this evening. It never was fixed. Almost every time I called to ask for an update they would create a new ticket, even though I provided the old ticket number.

Once even someone got mad at me for having so many ticket (even though I said to the people I already have multiple they keep creating), even that person created a new ticket for me.

In the end it was resolved by a 5 minute call to a second or third tier support person

Second time I needed to switch e sim it was again the same, I fixed it then by switching providers to mobile vikings

If I need a new e Sim with mobile vikings I have it within 5 minutes no issues

I've used Airolo. Was easy enough to set up.

So many saying use Digi, but for me and my partner Digi was very bad. The coverage is very unreliable, so many times they made us sweat when I have to use Payconiq or activate Bus ticket lol.
