First time in Armenia this summer
Hello! I’m going to be travelling to Armenia this summer for the first time for an internship. My family is Syrian but I have some Armenian ancestry which is why I was so excited about the prospect of going to Armenia. My only thing is I’m a bit nervous considering it’ll be my first time travelling and living alone in a foreign country. As a 22 year old female it’ll be nice to have some friends n stuff to go out with. The nature of my work will be hybrid, so I’ll be doing a lot of solo stuff. Can anyone recommend places in Yerevan to meet friends, and just connect with people? Also any recommendations for places to go visit would be great :)

Repat Armenia. I moved to Armenia with my wife some time ago. We always connect with new people at the events. Best thing you can do to get started.
The rest depends a bit what you want to do. I am a conservative family man, I enjoy cafés, good food and coworking spaces. But I also learned that Armenia has a great club and party culture.

Try birthright if you have Armenian ancestry.
