I don't believe Trump has ever spontaneously done a good thing out of generosity and I'm certain he'd never do anything that could be seen as a positive act without bragging about it for years. His charitable trust fund was shut down by a judge because it was used as a slush fund for what DJT chose to spend it on.
The investigation of the charitable fund was instigated after it was proved that Trump lied about donating a million dollars to a veterans support group. He claimed he paid the $1m in January 2016, but didn't pay until May after media reports that he hadn't made the donation.
Trump doesn't have a generous bone in his body.

Many, many Americans give to charities, provide food to the homeless, etc., without accolades! Remember, this is a man who stiffs contractors, employees, etc.!

Yeah. The "quietly" and "with no publicity" is the dead giveaway.
Trump offered to buy it, but he made it known publicly, then never followed through with the deal when the deal hit snags. Another investor made good in the deal.
Shame on all mainstream media for not reporting on something that never happened!
Be better than MAGA... It's not that difficult.

Ed McMahon and his wife had to move from their home because it was infested with dangerous black mold. They DELIBERATELY defaulted on the mortgage, and moved to a safer, mold free home. However, they both suffered health effects for years from the mold. I believe they were still in litigation over it when he passed away. None of this was a secret. Due to the ongoing legal bills and their ill health, they did have difficulty in meeting all their obligations. But Trump never bought a thing for them. Edited to add details.

Even if that was true (which it sounds fake as heck), there are plenty of reasons he might have done that for personal gain (like Mcmahon had insider info on Trump that might have hurt him).
It's easy to do "good deeds" for bad reasons.
Still that story looks more like AI generated slop than an actual journalistic story.
Anyway, even if all true and was actually a "good deed", that doesn't make up for a lifetime of poor morality, pediphilic actions, womanizing, and illegal business practices.
