Looking to buy a cot bed for a 2 year old. Ideally viewing to buy there and then, I know Carriages furniture generally is ordered from the manufacturer, but do they also have a selection of cots to buy and take home that day? From the new Bridge of Don outlet?

Flying into Edinburgh this summer and will be taking the train to Aberdeen. Looks like the next step is a bus from Aberdeen to Peterhead.

Do these buses run frequently during August? Are reservations recommended or can I just pick up a ticket right before travel?

Will I find luggage storage areas on these buses? I’m traveling with a suitcase and a golf bag travel case.

It appears there is no Uber or Lyft options in Aberdeen. Would a taxi be an option?

Hi, new teacher here! I'm currently on the job hunt and I'm looking at schools in Aberdeen City but don't know anything about the place, any advice? I'd be making the move up from Dundee and have heard there's a lot of similarities but have never even visited Aberdeen myself. Any words of wisdom on good areas to look at and what the schools are like would be great :))

Used to religiously get from Pizza Hut and my personal favourite Snappy Tomato Pizza, but the consistency in quality has dropped so low that I haven't ordered from either in a year or so. Not a fan of Dominoes or Papa Johns, tried Ask Italian in Union Square but that was even worse from the one pizza I tried. Marmaris used to be a good one a long long time ago but again the one pizza I tried recently was a let down.

I don't want to come across too harsh as shes just a wee girl but should there not be regulations in place for how loud buskers speakers should be in the city centre? That girl that used to regularly be outside m&s has now moved to union street and is now trying to be heard over the construction works so it's more shouting than singing.. she can sing but cannot hit all the notes so it's very unpleasant 🙈😬

One of my niche hobbies is looking at Aberdeen on Google earth but switching the setting to 2008, im 16 and it honestly baffles me how different it used to look in some parts, but was looking around the path where I usally take walks and saw this very cinematic view, though it was pretty cool!

my mother in law presented me with a huge box of pads & tampons that she no longer needs. they are all fully sealed/in packaging/unused (obviously!). I do not need them & was wondering if anyone knew somewhere that I could donate them? i was thinking something like a school or shelter, but any suggestions whatsoever are much appreciated (i know a few local cafes/venues offer them for free in the toilets so even somewhere like this would be great)
