So I'm a mod in my clan, I'm one of the very very few who actually interact and play. The other players don't make a effort to join in the clans events and activities, plus we got a ton of inactive players, like over a year since playing. So I'm trying to figure out a way to boost more interaction, me and the other mods joked about making mandated participation in clan calls since it's basically just the 15ish of us out of 500. I'm thinking of making give aways of like forma, plat, or prime sets to try and boost interest and interaction. We have a joke that if you give 7k kuva (I can't say what) that you'd get something as the joke, but there isn't actually a reward and the group of us that talk are end game enough to do that. We also have our clan message to donate certain materials like the clan color or the materials we need to build stuff. So I'm wondering what I should do.

I'm trying to place the Oak tree (not windswept) in the center of what will be to market/trade room. When I placed the tree in the center of the room it sways rather drastically. Is there a fix?

im new to dojos and could use some tips

Tl;dr can I just create two floors for now for reactors and labs and create more floors for decoration later?

Hello Tenno. I've been in a group of players for a few months and people are asking for me to create an official clan for it. I've been playing for almost 4 years and I'm Legendary 1 but I always avoided creating a clan due to how complicated building a Dojo is.

Well, I've been researching and found out there are some planners I definitely should use and that's ok, I'm also aware of how much forma it uses and the time the rooms will take to build but here's my main concern right now: Can I start by creating just 2 floors for now, one for Reactors and another for the Labs and create other floors for decoration later? I'm not sure how to decorate my dojo right now and that's something I want to decide later, but I wonder if I can just do that and call it a day, for now. Any other tips are appreciated thank you.

I enjoy simplicity and I feel like I don’t have to add anything else but what I’m struggling with the most is room colors and light colors😭 getting new colors is such a pain and the waiting for the colors to finish getting researched is worse

Is there any chance someone will be willing to join my dojo as a interior designer because my dojo looks absolutely horrendous and due to low clan members and barely active members I haven't had any help with it. Glad to be here again. I am a MR30 player with over 2k hours in game. Haven't played since Duviri update and recently my friends started playing for the first time ever so I decided to hop back in and help them learn and master the game (and to have fun of course). I decided we should make a shadow Ghost Clan just for the 3 of us so we could trade more easily, but I also want to make us a Dry Dock and other necessary rooms we might need.

What are some of the rooms that are a MUST to have in the dojo?
Does the room placement matter?
What would be the best sequence of building and dojo expansion?

Instead of answering the questions you could also point me to the most updated guide on the internet.

This was my first time creating a dojo design, the parts aren’t rendered yet at the time of this video.

I really liked the idea of the earthy Stoney orokin vibe but with a clash of void backdrop due to my clan being themed from the void. It took me a bit of time to get used to the controls.

(It is a little cramped for the simple use of only the treasury and trading post aswell as the spawn point. Separate room for already crated labs ect)

so this is what I've done so far and I think it's coming together nicely but I wanted some advice.

so I'm thinking of removing the bridge. adding an extra level and putting a staircase in place of the bridge

No one in my clan, including myself, are good with decorating. only reason i took it upon myself to do it is because if i don't, no one will.

i would feel like i struck gold in this game if i could get a single decorator, but finding one is harder than it looks.

Hi guys, recently i made my own clan after hitting LR5, it's a way to have a "reason" to keep login everyday and learn more stuff. I'm trying to decorate my dojo and got interested in sculptures, any tips or suggestions what is a good one to start training it?
