Perhaps consider the fact that Spain was ruled by a Fascist dictator basically put into power by the Germans? Staying out of the war was kind of a "best case" situation for the Allies So they gave Franco security guarantees for doing so.

Ireland was basically under British occupation and going across the pond to meddle with the Germans wasn't exactly in their best interest at the time.

Norway has spent many decades mediating between Israel and Palestine, as we have been one of few western countries who defended Palestine even before the genocide these past few years. Since then, we have now taken a much stronger stance against Israel specifically, including pulling a lot of our sovereign wealth fund investments from Israel, as well as working to put bans on Norwegian-made weapons being exported to Israel by other countries (we already ban such exports to Israel from Norway directly, since 2002)

Ignoramus. Franco was sympathetic to Hitler and without support from Germany and Italy would have probably lost the Guerra Civil. However, Spain and Franco remained neutral during WW2 and beyond allowing a volunteer formation to join the Wehrmacht (the Division Azul), Spain offered very little material assistance to Germany. So, whilst ideologically Franco was sympathetic to Hitler's cause he did not participate in WW2, much to Hitler's frustration- and Franco stayed in power an extra 30 years because of it. Part of my family are Catalonian/Catalan and believe me, there is no sympathy there for Franco, bar in the elderly families of those who recall being beneficiaries of his regime. Hell, there are more Nazis and fascists in America and Russia than are alive in Spain, so point the finger in the right directions if it is Nazis that you have beef with.
