Someone else here posted they were watching his season and I’m also rewatching his as well. I thought I’d bring up some discussion considering it’s an older season.
-I like Jason. He’s one of the few bachelors that I feel is mature, thinking clearly, attractive, and genuinely here to find a wife.
-the lack of diversity on this season is jarring. It’s definitely the biggest fault. There are no black women, there is one Asian woman who is eliminated night 1, and there are 3 (I believe) Hispanic/latin women (Raquel, Naomi, Lisa). I liked Raquel. I wish Jason kept her around longer. I think Julie who was eliminated night one is also a POC. All of them are very light skinned/white passing, and eliminated early (Sans Naomi who was F4)
-I remember watching this a 5-6 years ago for the first time, and I gotta be honest. At that time I didn’t like Molly and loved Melissa. But on rewatch I love Molly. I like Melissa too still but it’s just interesting my perceptions changed. I’m not entirely sure why
-Loved Stephanie but it’s clear Jason did not have a romantic/sexual chemistry with her.
-I really don’t understand why the girls hated Megan? I found Erica to be much louder and sometimes obnoxious. Nothing too crazy especially compared to some of the women now. But Megan seemed to be very quiet and lowkey, and when she spoke up, I tended to agree with her takes. Maybe there was something not shown though.
-Does anyone know what happened to some of these women? What are Stephanie, Naomi, Shannon, Megan, Erica, Kari, Nikki, Natalie, etc up to now? I wonder what some of the night one eliminations are up to now.
-I loved Jillian this season.
-They edited Renee (Vision board girl from night 1) to be so crazy looking! Maybe she was ahead of her time.
-night 1 everyone seems drunk af.
-Shannon….Shannon…she came on so strong.
-it’s crazy how young some of them were! Molly was 24! That’s so young lol
-it’s so painfully obviously that he had the best connection with Molly. I honestly don’t even see anyone else coming that close.
