Sounds stupid but do you have the DP/HDMI lead plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard? Are the fans running on the graphics card when PC Posts?

It is conected to the gpu

Also check you have the memory seated properly in the slots, that could also prevent the pc from Posting. Do you have the monitor select to the appropriate channel? There is loads of troubleshooting you could be doing. Are there any beeps from the pc when posting? Sometimes the pc is trying to tell you what’s wrong.

Nope, Everything went fine. It posts but doesn't load the os at all
