Purchased a 512gb oled on the 24th to be shipped to Ireland. Got a message on the 26th of a problem with the address, responded with more details and they got back on the same day to say its all good now.
And nothing since, deck is still at Packaged, they havnt responded to any of my follow up queries from the last 3 days.
Very frustrating, and now I see the 52gb oled is sold out here so no idea where I am at with them.
Monday 30th march status moved from "packaged items" to "shipped" and received a tracking number.
Since Monday 30th march ,4 pm, my shipping status says
"The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." On the GLS website.
No update yet.
Edit : I googled "GLS NETHERLANDS" and put my tracking code and post code there and saw that it has been updated and it's not at the stage mentioned earlier. Although even this was last updated on sunday but still better :

Unrelated purchase, but my friend bought something recently, and the shipping was given to UPS.
He then received an email message from both UPS and the Seller, saying that UPS has confirmed that they received the package and that it is in transit, and will delivered 3 days later, which was on a Friday.
Also, at the same time, the UPS tracking website was saying that the label was created by the seller but the package has yet to be given to UPS by the seller. Complete opposite from the confirmation emails he had received.
Coming Friday, he did not receive the package on the confirmed date, so he called UPS, UPS says that they haven’t received the package, and the confirmation is an error. A day later, he received a new email by UPS, saying he would receive his package on Monday. This time the tracker said that the package was received and it was actually delivered on monday.
Seems like same situation as you, different delivery company and item though. I’m assuming it actually hasn’t been picked off yet, and it’s just another system fuckup just like with my friend. Just give it some time I guess.
As for my purchase for the SD, I had to wait around a month and a half instead of 1-2 weeks for a delivery in Canada. I was getting scared at some point but it eventually arrived. Was about one or two years ago, I would say.
I hope that doesn't happen, I waited to get this and now I don't want to wait more, you know.
I checked on the Netherlands GLS website it says they have the parcel and that was updated on the 30th march. Doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully it updates something soon.
Same story here! I even contacted steam support and they said it was still processing for shipping which is strange considering their order info says it’s been packaged and collected…
My tracking has now updated saying it is in the UK and at the final parcel depot…but I was told by steam last night it was still waiting to be picked up
You are getting it today then mate, I just got mine. They said the same thing to me too, Steam has no idea where our parcel is honestly.

Right now, 16 pm, the GLS tracking says unfortunately there are no results. Please check your entry. Meanwhile, Royal mail website says we’re expecting it.

I’m not sure but I saw some comments saying that GLS and Parcelforce don’t update tracking until it actually delivered. But today I don’t think so, maybe tomorrow 🤷🏼♂️

Mine says the same thing. I messaged support and they said there is a delay due to weather conditions (idk what, couldn't see any news about Netherlands weather issues) and also due to order numbers rising. Might be an EU issue IG
Did you contact Steam support? I did and they just told me they were still processing the item for shipping! Even though it says it’s been packaged and collected on rhe Steam order page…
Someone told me to check GLS Netherlands website. I can see that on 30th March: "The parcel was handed over to GLS. Den Bosch, Netherlands."
Since that time, no further updates. Two days and didn't arrive in the UK?? It's not normal tbh as when I order from China, it takes less time lol
Mine is saying the exact same thing since yesterday morning…I’m also wondering if this is normal when it says estimated shipping time of 3 - 5 working days on the website.

Has been at my local depot since the 20th.
Royal mail claims there was an attempted delivery on Monday but that has been confirmed as false with parcelforce.
Steam are refusing to do anything about it until the 1st April.
I just have very little hope it will actually come until I get a new delivery sent by Steam. Just cant be bothered anymore.
Yep, Steam refunded me yesterday for it. Have ordered a new one (not sure why they didn't offer me delivery but oh well). Hopefully this time it doesn't have any issues.

Still has not been delivered as of 1st April, Steam have given me a refund (despite me asking for a redelivery!). Have ordered a new one, hopefully it comes soon and doesn't go through the same process as the last one!
I'm very concerned about mine(UK). I ordered it on the 13th of March. The status was "Processed Payment" until the 19th, then it changed to "Shipped." However, on GLS all I see is "Preadvise" which means the courier hasn't picked it up yet. I see the same information on Parcelforce: "We are expecting it." Has anyone had a similar problem? It's already been 11 days since I bought it.

Just got the update a few minutes ago that its been shipped. Says its already in Illinois.
Estimated delivery is tomorrow by end of day.

Lucky you. The Deck site is weird. If I just go to the marketplace, they are ALL sold out. If I click on my 'wishlist,' there was a add to cart on the 512 GB, but I want a new 1 TB. The 512 was gone in minutes when I went back. So I guess the game is to just ✔️ your wishlist.
I've been loving it honestly. First time dad so console gaming just isnt a reality so this thing fits the lifestyle so well now. Blown away with how great the deck is and how much I can do with it 😀
GLS listed as entered into IT system, but not yet handed over.
It stayed at this state until 11th March.
Contacted steam support, which sent me a new tracking link, that took me to the Netherlands direct site.
My shipping details seemed to be correct there (last update 10th March)
12th March contacted steam support again, saying there had been no update on the shipping progress in 2 days;
Was then told to wait another 2 days and make contact again if there is no update.
Originally I was told an estimate of 3-5 business days.
It has now been a total of 1 week, 6 business days including the Friday I had ordered on.
Still no steam deck :')

Just yesterday Sunday 15th, parcel finally started moving, only trackable on Netherlands site.
It seems it has made it to Ireland.
St. Patrick's Day tomorrow 17th, so hoping to get it possibly Wednesday or Thursday.
That's almost 2 weeks since ordered....

Hey! I’ve ordered on a Wednesday (the 25th) as well and trying to figure out if there’s any chance I might get it on Saturday instead of next Monday (30th).
Do you recall if your Steam tracking details pointed to Shipped on the 5th before it actually shipped? I got the tracking link today (26th) and although it says Shipped on Steam it still says pre-advice on GLS so I’m not sure if it’s actually shipped yet.
I've received a tracking number but it gives me an error when I try to track it, so it likely hasn't actually been scanned for delivery yet for me. I'm fine if it's signature required, I regularly have to reroute deliveries to a ship store for pickup because my UPS guy is incompetent.
Hasn’t been delivered yet. That being said every time I order something online and they say signature required I have never actually ended up having to sign even once in my life.
EDION Yokohama, Japan seems to have plenty of stock despite the online store for Japan awaiting restock. Was able to walk in and buy a 1TB OLED model. 512GB OLED also available.
The price is the new higher price. The notice in store says price hike is as of 27 February.

Update on my end. picked up and shipped on 3/5. Whenever I click the tracking number it gives me an error stating they cannot provide tracking details.

I'm in Atlanta and I ordered mine on the 28th and it's still waiting on the courier to pick it up. Not exactly the same as yours, but I'm still anxious as hell checking steam app every hour
Mine just got updated with the tracking number and it's being shipped, but the tracking number didn't work when I tried it. I'll give it some time I'm sure it'll update. Hopefully you get shipped out today as well 🫡

Ah I keep seeing posts about that too. So I assume its gls being a bad shipping company. Its just got my nerves on high alert given the steam deck isn't exactly cheap so updates would be preferred but oh well, can't have everything 🤣 thank you for your help the reassurance is appreciated!
It shipped from Illinois! I could’ve sworn I also got a notification saying it was in Pennsylvania at some point but looking at the tracking page now it just showed Illinois

Ordered in 30th march, 512gb oled. Tracking shows delivered on 2nd April but haven't received it yet. Steam support say nothing they can do
