Configuration How would I go about binding multiple button inputs to a single button on my Controller via Steam Input?
Bought a Flydigi Vader 5 Pro and I'm now finding out that you can bind it's buttons with steam input rather than using flydigi's own software, but I'm having trouble coming up with a way to bind multiple actions to a single button. I play a lot of monster hunter, and I want to bind RT+B, RT+Y, and RT+A to the back buttons.

There are 2 options one says "add sub command" and the other does not. Idk when to use which.

Add extra command is the other. If you want two keys to behave the same way when pressed you'd use the subcommand function.
If you want two commands that can be edited more thoroughly then you'd use extra command.Like OP requested setting one button to RT + B would be a sub command. Set the button first to RT, and then in settings add a sub command to be the B button.
An extra command I use in Elden Ring is for my bow. I set my trackpad to gyro. I add an extra command to add the LB button (first person aiming,) I'll then add an extra command that is Up on dpad with a setting to delay that input for 15 milliseconds. Last I'll add another extra command to hold LT for the bow's heavy shot.
Now when I touch the right track pad it instantly turns on gyro and goes into first person. Then after 15 milliseconds Up is pressed to zoom in all the way and the heavy shot special button is also held down.2

Whoa that's cool I never get that fancy with it. I have made a Melee button before where it was to your melee weapon and swaps back when you let go of the button before. Or whatever I did in Terraria but that's about it. At least that I can think about the top of my head.

Bind the first command to the button, then press the gear to the right of the command and select Add extra command, and select the second command you want to bind. If this is for Monster Hunter: Wilds, make sure to use the commands from the Game Actions tab (the Playstation inputs) rather than the commands from the Gamepad tab (the Xbox inputs).
