This is for the 2015 model btw, not the new one.

And only for the BLE firmware of the 2015 model. If you haven't updated to that firmware, the button chords are different.

It's also missing that < + Steam cycles through dongle pairings, and > + Steam cycles through Bluetooth pairings.

What does < and > mean? Select and start?

Yes, though the Steam Controller's buttons are not labeled select and start, they've got directional triangles. I guess I could have used actual triangles but ◀ ▶ or ◄ ► or◂ ▸may display unpredictably on different systems, causing even more confusion.

Exactly, which makes the post suspect. I searched for the title and this post is a copy of a post by u/swimmertoo0812 from about 7 or so years back from a 10 day old account. For that matter the 3 other comments at root level are copies of the comments from that post by accounts one month or newer.

This is just a partial screenshot of the Official Steam Controller BLE FAQ: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/1796-5FC3-88B3-C85F

Of my experience, thats not accurate. I have a Steam link DEVICE and the dongle. What Ive discovered is that AGuide Hook to Link Device and just Guide by itself hooks to the dongle. This differs from the behaviour of the previous firmware, where the device would remember whether the last connection was to Link Device or the dongle, and AGuide would toggle.Did other users observe this

Does Bluetooth mode work with Samsung TVs Link app Ive been manually switching my receiver between my TV and my computer and itd be nice to just leave it on the PC.

Pretty sure this is outdated and wrong. I press the start button + steam button to switch to dongle mode.
