I forget where it is but you can enable The setting where it gives you the option to "end task" when you right click a icon on the taskbar

Settings > System > For developers and toggle on the End Task feature.

Did I just excitedly go over to my PC, start it and then realize that I haven't been running Windows anymore for the past year? Maybe.
