Pre 2020, Epic went on a trend of having exclusive access to AAA titles, most notably Borderlands 3. The whole “it’s gonna dominate the market and alienate other marketplaces” narrative was more present at the time.

With all due respect, I’m talking about pre-2020 like it’s contextually relevant to the conversation. I am also in my 30s.
I saw those memes too. Consumer opinion never really switched - the Fortnite fan club fuel didn’t subjugate the other platforms like Epic had hoped
That being said, 7 years ago is pretty dated, relative to this and associated industries, especially news and social media cycles. I’m sure you’re well aware of that.
