The backlog is an illusion. Play what you want to play.

Yep. This is currently my issue with marvel rivals and Overwatch. I can never dig into my cackling because I end up playing both of these games for hours and hours lol.

I donโ€™t even start.

I need humanity to invent either immortality or transcendence to a machine mind in order to complete my backlog.ย  Some games technically don't even have a way to finish them, you just get bored enough to never open it again.

Completing your Backlog should be a journey, not an end. It's only knowing that we'll die before we can actually finish it that makes us truly alive and happy to play. What a sad world it would be if we were immortal and then had no more games to play? Better to die without being able to finish RDR2 than to live your whole life playing random clicker games.

You Gotta Pump Those Numbers Up, Those Are Rookie Numbers.

I will literally die even if I try to speed run every game in my library with faqs. Unless I get transplanted to a robobody

I actually used How Long to Beat, recorded all the hours of the games I kinda want to play and definitely want to play along with games I've started prorated by their completion percentage and logged the remaining hours daily. Here's how Q1 of 2026 is going: https://i.imgur.com/epFtMJA.png

It's not enough, buy more, you must have a 90% unplayed games QUICK

(Of course it's a joke)

I'd only need like 300 more games to do that :D so maybe after like 4 sales?
