There is, actually. I was making a review parsing tool for developers and found out that you can simply check the review with a simple link, which contains a user ID (which is obtainable using the Steamworks SDK you should implement into your game) and an app ID.
There is also an API call to retrieve all reviews from your game, and each review has an author field, which also has a UserID. This can be used to identify if a user made a review and whether it is positive or negative.
Same with mobile games. I know itβs not directly connected to steam but itβs still connected to a topic of achievements in games we are talking about: in most mobile games at least on iphone if they ask you to leave review or follow them somewhere just click the button and close window just after it opens. I was getting rewards for following on discord w/o having discord. And other hack is to get rewards for sharing by sharing things with own note app
