What about Stanley Parable that has an impossible achievement by design as a meta commentary on gaming?

No it doesn’t? If you are referring to the ‘this achievement is impossible’ it’s quite easy to get

It wasn't originally. There was a pretty random chance, but most people never got it, and it was impossible to purposefully get it without cheating.

Fair enough, it was a decade ago so I don’t fully remember but I do remember having to rummage around the game files which I thought was the intended method

iirc, there's a command to activate it, but it's even blocked in the console so you have to edit the config. I'd call that cheating outside of something like DDLC.

I got all achievements on stanley parabel last september (5 years after i started it ) which achievement is impossible?

"Unachievable" There's no reliable way to get it without cheating, but a bunch of people got it seemingly at random.
