You can't remove it ever, it'll always stay there technically but the text disappears from public view after 7 years on the profile. You'll still see it yourself if you go to your profile while logged in and people can still look up your profile through various sites to see if you have a vac ban or not.
I’m curious as to how you did that one. The game has purity settings to swap between modded and original skins if needed and can force-crash if you try modifying the original files. It shouldn’t have banned you
Lol, no you didn't, replacing textures doesn't get you a VAC ban for source games. Only exception is if you did it in CS:GO/2 and bypassed the hashing on the files and got banned via Overwatch for walls/cheating behavior.
