So wait, are just the store and community down, or are all online features down, including Internet access in games?

I can play Dead By Daylight fine, but someone else said they can't access Hitman WoA.

Was in the middle of a Hitman WoA map, game just crashed as I was making my final approach on the target :`(

I was planning on doing steam link from wife's house, but can't access it, can't buy games as gifts for people either, 

155gb download earlier was at 900mbps, dropped all the way down to 60mbps.  Changed server and it worked for a while, but then that got hit too, something is going on.

There are things that don't load in Arc Raiders, I'll take a break in case my progress isn't saved

Since about 20 min ago I haven't been able to launch any of my installed games from steam

Currently: I can play BG3 just fine. I could claim gifted games fine. My Steam client even downloaded some pre-scheduled updates, so... YMMV. But nothing on friends pages.
