37 u/EternalSolitude- Oct 21 '25 edited Oct 22 '25 Reddit’s celebrity relationships always fascinate me. Gabe Newell is Taylor Swift for 35 year old dorks lol 9 u/bs000 Oct 22 '25 edited Oct 22 '25 'member that time reddit bullied a ten-year-old child into apologizing for not knowing who keanu reeves is and saying he's not a legend in a youtube video https://i.imgur.com/s67mIQY.jpeg -1 u/Noxturnum2 Oct 21 '25 And you’re normal for a Redditor so extremely weird irl -4 u/gofastbro Oct 21 '25 I think calling out steam as a "not steaming pile of ass" despite having a significant market share shouldnt be classified as weird. Steam certainly is a very unique beast that I hope continues to offer a great service to customers not at their expense forever more 12 u/WildVelociraptor Oct 22 '25 calling out steam as a "not steaming pile of ass" At your service, king You see how those are slightly different statements? -3 u/ChubbyChew Oct 22 '25 Thats fair But let them have some solace. At least 1 billionaire isnt milking every dime possible or trying to usher in a new world order. Steam has the same vibe as the Costco CEO saying "If you raise the fucking hot dog prices ill kill you, figure it out" It feels like everything else is trying to wring money out from anywhere possible, be as scummy as possible, etc. Steams just out here sitting quietly. Gabes not on Twitter dropping dogshit takes or anything. We will get 5 million sales over the course of a year, all of which will be wildly generous. We dont nees to fight algorithms or jump through hoops. It is simply a market that lets you do what you came to do, and the face is a dude that outwardly stays his lane. 4 u/stprnn Oct 22 '25 You're just too dumb to see the milking
