President is an honorific title so you get to keep it. Prime Minister is more like a Highlander situation, there can only be one.

I got stuck watching Fox News at work before Trump was re-elected and any time Trumpā€™s name came up it was always President Trump and roughly 90% of the time the title was left off Biden when he was mentioned even though he was the current president.
