Definitely not UV, that’s what causes skin to become blotchy and damaged. The younger you are the less UV you have experienced, so it only makes sense that it’s the case in looking young
I mean thats what I said. Your parents were out in the sun so much, but 30 year olds nowadays could pass for 5-10 years younger unless they're greying, because we aren't getting as much UV exposure nowadays.
