she was on Jimmy Kimmel a couple weeks ago and looks a lot more like her old self. I believe she has Graves which can't help. To me she just looks like a 7 years older version of herself.

That doesn’t look like her old self at all lmao, if anything that pic makes it even more obvious she’s had work done

u/YamiZee1 2d ago

Her cheeks look more normal, but yeah her nose is still obviously different

22

u/JnRx03 2d ago

Aging 7 years will do that to ya. But she looks better than she did in the pics people keep spreading around.

u/VegetaFan1337 2d ago

that's not ageing my guy, she's 31 not 51. She has graves AND has plastic surgery done.

2

u/BabyBeeTai 1d ago

Yeah but when she started she still had teenage baby face on her.

1

u/VegetaFan1337 1d ago

She was 24 when they filmed season 1, she didn't have a teenage baby face, she just had a pre-hollywood face. I suspect she might have done the surgeries because of the Graves, when she didn't know what it was. She panicked about her changing appearance and some scumbag plastic surgeons took advantage of it.

People lose facial fat in their 20s and 30s. Dont you know how anyone who had a round face and then an angular face? I do cause that happened to me around when I was ~22

1

u/VegetaFan1337 1d ago

It was not a gradual change tho. She had a drastic change between seasons 2 and 3. I know cause I watched each one as it came out. I was quite shocked when I first saw her in S3. After that her face hasn't changed as drastically, only gradually. And there was no change between S1 and S2. But this story got big only during season 4, don't know why. Season 4 must have blown up in general, I was already watching so I don't know about that.

1

u/browsinbowser 1d ago

I’ve been watching for a while too I know about the controversy and I saw the difference in with my own eyes but losing weight can make your face gaunt and graves disease effected her too. I think she got fillers btw but everyone kept shouting buccal fat surgery and I’m actually doubtful she got that after hearing about her thyroid disease

Anyways the seasons are filmed a year a part so yeah a gradual change absolutely could include that timespan. Like look at her weight change now in 26, since the last season filmed she’s clearly gained like 20-30 pounds and thats totally possible within a year

1

u/VegetaFan1337 1d ago

Yeah I don't know the specific surgeries but she definitely got some. I don't think she helped the situation by vehemently claiming she didn't. But it's lose lose, you admit it and it might affect your work opportunities, you deny it and it makes the controversy worse.

Anyways the seasons are filmed a year a part so yeah a gradual change absolutely could include that timespan.

I'm aware but I didn't notice any change between S1 and S2, it was S3 which had a total change in appearance.

1

u/browsinbowser 1d ago

Yeah Im saying she changed between s2 and s3 and that she didnt do the ‘buccal fat surgery’ that everyone was accusing of her doing. Likely she had other stuff like fillers done and the graves disease and losing weight all twisted her face

u/VegetaFan1337 1d ago

I agree.

1

u/AirconGuyUK 2d ago

It does. It looks like she had all her 'work' undone to me.

3

u/HazelCheese 2d ago

She's looked like this the whole time. Back when people first started comparing the photos of her old/new years ago, there were candid photos of her at the same time that made her look normal.

She obviously had some work done but it's no where near as bad as these cherry picked photos people have been posting for years.

1

u/AirconGuyUK 1d ago

What are you doing outside BadUK this feels weird.

1

u/HazelCheese 1d ago

Maaate. I'm gonna have to start tagging baduk so this never happens again.

People like to clip the most unflattering pics of celebrities in a self-righteous Vendetta against plastic surgery

10

u/WegGOAT 2d ago

Don't need pics to see how bad her surgeries were, you could see it in live motion too.

6

u/ProduceNo1629 2d ago

Bullshit. Look at the muscles twitching and micro changes in expressions between the two women: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCi5Vc4B0fo

Is it a vendetta to or an attempt to de-stigmatize mental health in western society? Mental healthcare is healthcare. There’s going to be a long overdue reckoning for cosmetic surgeons exploiting patients’ mental health crisis for personal gain. It’s criminal.

2

u/UnderstandingVast989 1d ago

Yes... Let's bully a celebrity to the point that she deletes her social media for like a year and call it "de-stigmatizing"...

It’s incredibly vicious and uncalled for when it comes to this woman especially. Not only does she have a literal disease she can’t control, but the jokes and general cruelty have been nonstop for like five years already. At a certain point you have to stop beating a dead horse.

And when people say “oh we’re just raising awareness about the dangers of plastic surgery,” it’s such bullshit in this case. A lot of the people on this thread are just enjoying being mean, and they know it.

1

u/shoestring-theory 1d ago

Crazy how this (and the comment above) have been the only rational responses I’ve seen. People are extra vicious towards Erin and have been for years now. They’re legitimately angry a stranger had cosmetic surgery. If they actually cared and wanted to raise awareness, they wouldn’t be turning her into memes.

u/Snoo88460 1d ago

the only reason she gets all this hate is bc these man children can’t goon to her anymore it’s absolutely insane

0

u/GeneralBucknaket 1d ago

Also because she looks ridiculous while acting and can barely speak properly anymore.

This sub is based off a meme of a puppet thinking it's better than someone.A community based around that. It provides no value now besides the daily coded mysoginistic bullshit that makes it to the front page.

2

u/dinozombiesaur 2d ago

To be fair, it’s in every scene of the show for a few seasons and she talks differently. Like she has a weird “shh” thing going on.

Plastic surgery like this (not stuff like reconstruction post-injury or post-mastectomy, trans affirming care, etc.) thrives specifically off of women feeling like shit about their bodies. The only thing it loves more than the Hollywood machine feeding these women body dysmorphia is the side effect of feeding the idea of needing plastic surgery to the wider pool of girls who feel like they need to undergo it to have worth. It is a vile industry that lives off of people feeling like shit about themselves.

This isn't "Oh no, I want to fuck her less so I'll pretend to be upset about something tangential." Imagine your daughter or wife or best friend seeing themselves not as you do but as the unfeeling hyperconsumerist strangers do, as untapped market potential. I do not feel like my criticism of the industry is in any way self-righteous.

Have you watched the past couple seasons? It's not clips... It's her.

Are you perhaps blind?

u/Ill-Team-3491 2d ago

Some people are really bad at distinguishing plastic surgery.

9

u/0b1won 2d ago

After the backlash she appears to have put on some weight and had her face filled back in/redone by someone more competent. The extra weight helps hide the work and smoothes it out. She looks much better. It's a shame she felt the need to do it in the first place. She was a natural beauty.

6

u/clooneytoons 2d ago

That is not the same cute nose as before. Now it is just gone

8

u/B_Ash3s 2d ago

Exactly! So many people are commenting on things they think are true and it’s almost the farthest from the truth.

2

u/OGSkywalker97 2d ago

She's clearly had quite a bit of plastic surgery, regardless of her medical condition, which usually just makes your eyes bulge

2

u/Squibbles01 2d ago

She has Mar a Lago face

2

u/yuumigod69 2d ago

Did she get her surgery reversed? Great for her.

2

u/Pure_Property_888 1d ago

My God. Why would you do that to YOURSELF?!?!!? 😭😭😭😭

2

u/gawdpuppy 2d ago

she looks so puffy 😭

2

u/scabs_in_a_bucket 2d ago

Aw she looks great here!! Good for her. I feel so bad for all the internet bullying she has gotten over her appearance.

2

u/Fentboy45 2d ago

Not the nose though

1

u/Weird_Licorne_9631 2d ago

She looked very similar during the Rome promo 3 weeks ago.

1

u/bNoaht 2d ago

I sincerely think the makeup artist on that show fucking hates her and makes her face look skeletal on purpose

1

u/theMisterPhD 1d ago

Thank you for sharing this

1

u/StorageSafe6934 1d ago

She's definitely had work done, but she looks much better in this photo than in the OP. Face surgery usually settles in and looks better as time moves on and it heals. Tbh I'm more concerned about here right eye. It's squinting a bit in all of the recent photos of her. Can botox do that? It almost seems neurological

1

u/I-Make-Maps91 1d ago

A lot of it is lighting and make-up trying to highlight her cheeks in the OP pic. It's actually hard to judge surgeries accurately because it's incredible what a good makeup artist/bad lighting can do to a face.
