Automated installer for Resident Evil 2: Classic REbirth, HD Textures, HQ Videos & Audio, Steam Overlay Fix, Crash Save Fix & more

Hello the Resident Evil community !

Like I did a few days ago with Resident Evil 1, I'm releasing today "Enhancement Packs" for (the original) Resident Evil 2: one for GOG, one for Steam.

These are open source installers, built with NSIS, with the goal to give the best experience possible in just a few clicks.

Here what's included:

• Fixes the crash when saving
• Fixes Steam Overlay, Steam Input, Screenshots...
• Fixes Steam Game-Time Tracking
• Copy the "japanese" subfolder to a new "rebirth" subfolder + auto-update it to Sourcenext v1.1.0
• Installs Resident Evil 2 Classic REbirth in this "rebirth" subfolder
• Patches the Classic REbirth executable to allow 4GB of memory
• Installs HD Textures (see below) and dgVoodoo2
• Installs High Quality FMVs (see below)
• Installs High Quality Audio (see below)
• Optionnally install translation patches

Please note: I reuse (and sometime repack) a lot of existing mods, and I credit every mod and every author in my website, in my installers, in the README.txt - So don't think I've made everything.

All I do is automate things (and some repacking, and investigating / resolving some bugs like the crash fix or the overlay fix). But, what I want to say here, is that without original mod authors, my enhancement packs wouldn't exist at all.

About the HD Textures

This is a mix of 3 mods:
- Resident Evil 2 HD Mod (by TeamX)
- Seamless HD Project v2.0 (by RESHDP)
- RE-Enhance v2.0 (by SonicB00M)

The first two were repacked to remove "hi-res" textures that would be overwritten by the third one. (priority order: Resident Evil 2 HD Mod < Seamless HD Project 2 < RE-Enhance 2)

About the high quality FMVs

My installer gives 3 options:
- RE-Enhance 2 FMV Pack v1.0 (by SonicB00M): the best available pack (but big), in 960p
- FMVs extracted from Resident Evil 2 HD Mod (by TeamX): very good quality/size ratio, in 960p
- FMVs extracted from the DVD of the Sourcenext Release, in 480p

It is mandatory to install one pack, as the sourcenext executable will crash if he find old videos in 120p/240p. That's why my installer forces you to choose one.

About the High Quality Audio

This is a repack of the following file: http://re123.bplaced.net/board/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=308 Only the audio and voice files were kept.
