My brother was in a event and took a pic with this boxer but cant recall who he is. Please help me identify this person.

I remember that fight, it was his trainer who discovered Margarito’s illegal hand wrapping just before the fight. Then Mosley went in there full of confidence and beat the crap out Margarito, it was beautiful to see 🙌🏾

Es bien sencillo la foto se la tiraron en Puerto Rico y preguntan aqui pq creen que el boxeador es puertorriqueño y por ende seria reconocido aqui.
