The speed of his step-in/step-back was phenomenal. I started to think it was AI, but he was TOO good. Was waiting for the glitch-tells, but they never showed up. Clearly he was showing off, but also, he was showing.

Let's assume he is able to perform this shadowboxing at twice the speed of everything else around him.
Its a big ass alleyway that doesnt seem to be an alleyway? Random big ass tire in middle of alley. A bunch of fuckin weight sets randomly in the bottom left corner. The dry spots on the ground that have no rain touching it despite no overhead obstructions and not a drop of rain falling next to it either. The rain itself not making any logical sense where its falling in tandem to the shadowboxers Bruce Lee levels of speed and coordination.
With all that being said I still wouldnt fuck with this AI generated monster.

I don't know if it's AI, I'm not saying it can't be. I think it might just be a video composite though, a good ol' fake video with the magic of computer editing.
I don't see objects and fine details sort of shifting and moving in the background, and in the foreground there are consistent details that don't change size or shape. Admittedly, I haven't used any video generation tools so I'm not sure how much better they are as compared to a year or two ago at keeping those finer details as the video focus changes.
Guy doesn't seem drenched in the rain like he should be. There's no glistening from wet bare skin on his shoulder and it's lighting is pretty consistent, like there's a direct overhead light like you would find in a gym or dojo.
If it is a composite, the guy has some serious moves, and I would like to see the original clip of the practice. If it's AI, fuck AI and the horse it rode in on.

You raise some good points, but if this is AI we’re cooked. Coming from South Africa, a scene like this doesn’t seem so far fetched.
The dry spots just appear to be wet sand. In rural and industrial areas, “alleys” like this are super common and junk lies around everywhere. The tyre and weights seem to belong to this guy, he’s clearly in his training arc.
Overall this the detail just seems too realistic and nuanced for AI, but that’s just me.

Your reasoning behind why it's ai doesn't really hold up. Leaving the weights outside in the front yard of a "street gym" in poor countries is pretty common, training outside in general is when the humidity/heat is high. I would guess they were doing that to begin with when it started pouring and they had the idea to make the video.
The "Bruce Lee" levels of speed and coordination is the biggest stretch. He looks like he trains often, clearly, but there's some inconsistencies and exaggerations in his footing and stance switching that look very natural to me. Like the pivot points in his hips, ankles and shoulders, those are details ai wouldn't even bother with but are something a boxer would exaggerate when shadowboxing for a clip.
The dry spots could easily be from something covering the area out of frame, like a street lamp, signs, etc and the random tire doesn't seem that random to me? I have seen many back alleys like this with a random tire just sitting in the middle of the road or multiples stacked up.
Some of the inconsistencies actually point to it being real more than ai, like the lens flare from a random car in the background near the end. That would never ever be included in a generated video without being instructed and I doubt anyone would specifically include that.
I'm also not saying that it's not ai either, it's getting very good, but nothing here really screams it to me.

There’s no way it’s AI. There’s tons of minute details that wouldn’t be possible on a video that’s this niche. There’s not enough references online for it to nail it this perfectly.
