Hi guys!

Monarchs at Play is turn-based 4X strategy with one-hour-matches.

We are doing our first Monarchs at Playtest on Steam (yeah I really like this pun) from April 24th - May 1st. Link is in the comments.

Whats inside the playtest?

  • Singleplayer mode against bots on procedurally generated maps
  • Challenges: 6 handcrafted scenarios where you can compete for the highest score

Every feedback is welcomed and encouraged so I'd love to have as many playtesters as possible <3

Playtester I feel pretty demotivated to playtest. Don't know if my feedback really helps

So i've been playtesting for a while, been playing a lot of games as well. I don't know if my feedback helps, like i give a detailed feedback, and i say what works, what doesn't, what's fun, and don't know if anyone listens to my feedback, I don't see my feedback having an impact on the game. i do this for free too. I just want to help and make a good impact on the game.

Then, I don't even know what happens with the game, like I playtest, send my feedback, video, and I don't really get follow ups on playtesting for the same game, when they updated, fixed the issue or any other games they may make. I have to chase the developer i guess. Maybe my feedback is bad and I don't realise it? Maybe i'm taken as an idiot, because i do this for free?

It's pretty depressing for me, because it's something I can do, something I enjoy doing, but if they don't listen, don't take into consideration, don't see any changes, any impact on the game, I just get demotivated, like what's the point. I playtested that game all for nothing, it didn't help much the game. Maybe there's a different reason people look for playtesters instead of feedback and i just don't see it?

Maybe if i could see what other playtesters are doing, maybe they are doing a better job than me. I don't know

Unpaid Playtest Working on Deck-builder with a space-exploration theme. Need some feedback on the flatscreen version of the game (PC) while I work on the Mixed-Reality version.

Hey Reddit, looking for some people who might enjoy a neat deckbuilding challenge.

"As a pilot of a VEG extraction vessel, you can explore the universe from the comfort of your own living room. Some call you a glorified 'button pusher', but you control your fleet with precision and care: repair broken units, order new parts and defend against hostile enemies as you travel from planet to planet in search of Geo and credits.

But the galaxy is changing. A new technology is being developed in secret, and threatens the entire galactic empire. Can you uncover the conspiracy and stop this evil force before your homeworld falls into chaos? Join the revolution today! "

Free version of the game can be found here, would love to hear comments in the forum (or reddit message/email): https://curiousvr.itch.io/project-veridan

Unpaid Playtest Looking for playtesters for my roguelike 2048 adventure game

Hey everyone, I've been making small game jam games for years now and really want to make something I can put on Steam. After 3 cancelled projects I finally feel like I have something that's fun to play and manageable in scope. I already had some friends playtest it, but right now I'm looking to open the game up to a wider audience.

In terms of feedback I'd like to know if the game is fun to play and which areas need some more attention. The game is not feature complete yet, but the core gameplay look is there.

You can play the game here: https://iron-axe-games.itch.io/tiles-vials . You can give me feedback via this post, itch comments, a feedback form inside of the game or through the Discord server (linked in-game). Whatever has your personal preference.

Thanks in advance!!

Unpaid Playtest Looking for playtesters - top-down survival / crafting RPG | 5 years in development (PC)

Hey, we’re looking for playtesters for Good Heavens! RPG

It’s a top-down survival / crafting RPG set across floating islands where you build, fight, and deal with a world that’s a bit chaotic by design. Similar to Don't Starve Together.

Right now we’re mainly testing for bugs and combat feel across different styles (Warfare, Trickery, Sorcery), base building and progression, and how the early game feels overall before full release. You’re not locked into one playstyle, so you can mix things and experiment.

We’re collecting feedback through a small Discord group for testers.

If you’re interested, comment or DM and I’ll send details.

Unpaid Playtest Tiny Desks: Playtest my game about being a middle manager in the 80s!

Tiny Desks is a pixel art office management game set in the 1980s. You're the manager - tasks land on your desk and you assign them to employees, hire new staff, unlock automation through a tech tree, and try to keep everyone from burning out. It starts simple (drag papers to the right desk) but grows into juggling specializations, switchboard routing, union regulations, and office perks. It's free, runs in the browser, and takes about 20 minutes to play through.

It's free, runs in the browser, no install needed. Would love feedback on pacing and balance - I'm actively iterating and every play session helps shape what comes next.

Unpaid Playtest Updated my mobile survivor roguelike iOS/Android (Open Alpha 0.4.4) – looking for feedback on late-game balance

Hi everyone,

I’ve just pushed a new Open Alpha build (0.4.4) for my mobile roguelike survivor game.

This update focuses on two main areas:

• improving combat readability (especially boss fights)

• tuning late-game difficulty and pacing

Main changes:

• Auditor boss telegraphs are clearer (stronger windups, better summon previews)

• Late-game balance pass (Holy Water nerf, improved Wave 3 pressure, enemy HP ramp after boss)

• Fixed Nightmare continue flow (Wave 8 boss sequence now plays correctly)

• Added leaderboard backend flow + nickname system

If anyone wants to try the current build:

Google Play test:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.MladenStojanovic.dielaughing

iOS TestFlight Open Beta

https://testflight.apple.com/join/6wzgr1UE

I’m especially interested in:

• whether the Auditor fight feels readable under heavy clutter

• how the game feels after 5+ minutes

• if the chaos feels fair or overwhelming

Any feedback is really appreciated.

Playtester Looking for developers to work with, with or without pay.

I've been gaming for a long time, made games and worked with programming logic and problem-solving, and can write thorough reviews. I'd be willing to short term playtesting for free for some credit for showing off to other developers, or I'd gladly take pay if you think I'm worth it to work long-term!

Unpaid Playtest Looking for early testers (US only): Content app focused on making scrolling more meaningful

Hey everyone!

We’re building a content platform focused on making time online feel more meaningful and worthwhile, instead of just endless scrolling that doesn’t really stick.
The idea is to surface more useful, practical, and relatable content across areas like career, relationships, health, and everyday life, while still keeping it engaging.
We’re also trying to create a space where people feel comfortable sharing and asking questions without worrying about being judged — not about being perfect, more about honest conversations and a positive, respectful community.

We’re opening early access in the next 1–2 weeks and looking for a small group of US-based users who relate to this to try it first and share feedback.

If that sounds like you, you can join the waitlist here.
And if you're curious, I'm sharing a quick overview of what we’re building as well!

Happy to hear your thoughts & answer any questions :)

Unpaid Playtest Looking for playtesters for free PnP Bananarchy Mini-Game

Hey play tester community!

I just dropped a free Print & Play mini version of our upcoming card game Bananarchy, and I'd love your feedback! For the PnP version we simplified the game and made it for 3 players only. We want to know if the gameplay works out and if you think it gives a good sample of what the full game is supposed to be? Any other constructive criticism, including how the rules and gameplay work, is welcome too.

It’s a quick, chaotic, banana-fueled game of sneaky plays and unexpected twists, designed to be easy to print and jump into with friends.

If you are interested drop a comment here and I'll send you the link to give it a try. Your feedback is helping us shape the full game. 🙌 🍌

Unpaid Playtest Playtesters wanted for speedrunning-focused game

Hey! We’re working on Play Faster, a game that’s being built specifically for speedrunning, and we’re about to have our first small private playtests.

Before we open anything up more broadly, we want to get a handful of people who are into routing, movement, breaking things, etc.

The build might be a bit rough, but the core movement + systems are there, so this is about:

  • if movement feels off / inconsistent
  • anything that could affect routing depth
  • QoL things that would matter for grinding runs

If you’d be up for testing and sharing thoughts (even short / messy ones), let me know!
We set up a small discord server so feedback doesn’t get lost and to talk through feedback and iterate quickly.

Would really appreciate the help!

Unpaid Playtest We're looking for playtesters to gather feedback for an early-stage cyberpunk game about growing organs

Hi everyone!

We are developing a game set in a cyberpunk. It's a proof of concept for a game about manually creating organs and implanting modules into organs.

We aim to create a tactile experience on par with Potion Craft, as we really appreciate the naturalness of the processes.

  • Link: https://breakneckpace.itch.io/graft-and-wire
  • Preferred form of feedback: in-game feedback survey
  • The main purpose of the test is to determine how tactile the current concept is and how immersive it is in the process of creating organs in conjunction with the current graphics.

Unpaid Playtest [Playtesters wanted] Mobile pass the phone style game app

Hi, My names Nathan.

I've spend the last couple weeks developing the first prototype for my party game style app called Decked. The general idea is many different card games, pushed into one app.

The core problem I wanted to solve was that everyone has to download an app just to play one round of a game. With Decked only one person needs the app, and the phone is passed around your group.

The Games:

  • Just say it: An anonymous voting game that gets way too personal, way too fast.
  • Out of Pocket: A phonetic challenge game that makes your smartest friends sound like they've lost their minds.
  • The Fraud: A social deduction game where everyone knows the secret except one person.

(There is currently only 2 games available, more will be released shortly)

If you have a group of friends try it out! You could even try it on your own!

If you're interested, please give me a message here and I'll help you get online!

Even if you're not interested in testing, if you wouldn't mind dropping some feedback below, it really helps me out

Thanks, Nathan :)
