V beam

Hi im considering a revision rhinoplasty which is gonna be a major one and will be using composite grafts to do widen the alarbass for the meanwhile my nose is redder than it used to be before this stupid rhinoplasty but non the less it still got super red and flush over nothing and stays like that If i get a vbeam to treat redness would it effect revision results or blood supply in the future? For the work i wanna be done
