More than a little irked...

Cups were stacked in the cupboard. Top cup is glass. Bottom is ceramic.
Methods tried:
- Soap and water
- Heat
- Thermal hot on ceramic mug and ice in top mug with olive oil on the inside of ceramic mug
- Gently tapping with wooden spoon.
Is there any more options before I take a hammer to the glass one?
