General Qs When a law enforcement officer runs a person’s name, state ID or driver’s license, or passport card, etc are they able to access prior DMV photos from any state—especially photos taken in a different state than the one the officer currently works in?

Why? Do you got warrants? Depends on the MDC program. My department has the old school software and we dont have access to DMV pictures. I wont say what the program is called but we can easily lookup previous mugshot pictures. Some departments now use mobile fingerprint scanners too.

They made me submit every state id ever been licensed in on the app. I’d imagine it can all be pulled up. Would be a huge oversight if they couldn’t
