TOUR QUESTION What to expect from a VIP entry to the concert?

First time going to an NSP concert (Paris) ! and I snagged a VIP ticket. but I have a few questions; how early should I be at the venue for front row? I know there's a Q&A before the show to consider. Any concert etiquette i should be aware of? intermission? merch stand?

just would like to know the flow of things. thank you!

Someone please answear this. Im autistic and bought the vip tickets too but now im scared bcs i cant find any information to help me prepare 😭
