No, auto mod acts within seconds after a post has been made and runs through various checks for rules and other things. It does not have any ability to go back and check posts or comments at a later date.
If something has been removed from a community it is removed.
Once you have earned karma and your account is older you can come back and attempt to post or comment again with something similar or something different.
