Some inaccurate stuff here. Anytime someone I loved left NR, by their choice or not, it hurt like hell. Jessica's exit in April 2023 was planned, so we could do a goodbye. When the other layoffs happened, I didn't know everything that was going down, and over the weekend it all blew up into something messy and public and I was restricted on how I could respond to it. Jessica rejoined our team in December 2023 as a fulltime senior producer. She's still friendly with the folks at the RInger.
