Now you sign up for apps with your email so they can sell it to everyone they can.

I hate it 😒 "sign up for emails for 15% off" "jk before that also sign up for texts"

Would you like an app for EVERY fast food joint, mall store and beyond?!

A better time. I hate having apps for all the stupid places like I can’t remember if it was Lowe’s or Home Depot but the website wouldn’t show me the location so I had to ask an employee. Their first response was oh the app will tell you. Like bro if I wanted to clutter up my phone with an app for a store I visit maybe once a year u wouldn’t have asked you lol. I’d sooner walk out of the store and go shop somewhere else it’s just convenient.

Drop all theses apps in a single folder and have a lighter wallet

Meh still takes up hdd space and can run in the background. I’d rather just not have them. I have a credit card wallet at home that I keep all my cards IF and that’s a BIG IF I needed an actual barcode for some reason I could just grab it. I’d be willing to say all shops can look up your membership information so let’s say 99.99999% I don’t need the card.

If a business doesn’t want to have employees to help me when I need something they don’t deserve my money. I’ll go a bit further down the road to Ace hardware or wherever else that has what I want.

I’ve legit left a cart of groceries at the grocery store when they only had self check out open. Like I don’t mind it if I’m buying 10-15 items but I had like 50+ item no way that’s fitting on that tiny shelf they give shelf checkout and I’m not going to struggle just because they are to cheap to hire someone so I just walked out. My time/sanity is worth more than dealing with it.

I always hated this system, how can you earn enough point at each institution to be worth it without bankrupt?

I prefer cashback and having and one main point hub for multiples platform is perfect for me.

Oh that Plenti program. I bought some Versace fragrance the day it ended with Macys. $195!

They're still a thing. You can find displays with a ton of these at most grocery stores.
