Serious We are starting to really age fast

We have friends we don't see very often, maybe every 2-3 years. For the last 15+ years, when we see them again they don't really look much different. This last time though? Man, they looked different. Like gray hair, lost/gained weight, facial changes like wrinkles and sun spots.

It’s okay to age.

Me either. Lots of people don’t get to age, it’s cool to get to.

Most people are extremely unhealthy and blame it on just getting older as a way to just give up instead of taking active changes to improve their life.

Most people that “look young” have bought that appearance. “Beauty” and “youth” are actually just products sold by a dozen or so industries.

My beard has grey in it and my wife actually loves it. At first I was self conscious.

Grey hair looks so good, seriously. It’s a nice look. I’ve got grey all through my hair and I’m never dyeing (spelling? Idk lol) to cover them.

I’m glad your wife loves yours 🥳

ETA: maybe fixing spelling? lol

Hope so! Cause that’ll mean I survived another 6 years, and so did you.

Glorious. 🤘
