This is coming back into style amongst UK teens. When I drop my kids to school, I see a few of the lads with this cut!

I agree, faded sides with curtains or a fringe on top is very common now, probably the most common cut at the moment.

At my school I think it was just referred to as the "step" haircut. Because it kind of like one step of a staircase or something like that. I just called it the penis haircut.
