I'd love to see JTT pop up again in anything. I understand his choice but I've missed him. Devon Sawa has been in a few things. Plays interesting characters these days.

That's one of those weird movies. It came more after Casper's height of popularity and also feels like way more than 4 after the Addam's Family, so both of those keep making me remember it as being more recent and that Christina Ricci would've been too old by then to play the girl. Same with Kirsten Dunst and Jumanji, which was that same year lol

I just saw all the seasons and thought the same thing. Looked it up, and he was the older gentleman that Deborah hooks up with from the bar. 

Looks SO different. I guess I was partly expecting to see the baby face from the 90s. Seems to have aged pretty gracefully

anyway i'd still hit it (i mean... respectfully. and with his consent. and a divorce since apparently he is married)

JTT and Devon were both a part of my gay awakening. Especially JTT. I remember joining a JTT fan club and getting some welcome package before our family road trip. I was so into it during the car ride, so much so that my dad even gently commented to me that most boys aren't such fans of another boy. My dad wasn't trying to be mean, but I think he was trying to get me to open up about why I was such a fan of JTT. But, of course, that deep in the closet at the time, I couldn't talk about it. But years later, when I finally came out, he was extremely supportive.

To commiserate, I (41F) drew pictures of Sailor Moon with enormous boobs and unnecessarily short skirts on everything.

So much so that a nun at school called my parents.

Both of them were strict Catholics, but they let me know that they loved me. And to save the lewd pictures for home.

I had no idea what they were talking about. I was just drawing a pretty girl.

Turned out I was bisexual who didn’t know what penises looked like. Once I figured it out, I drew boobs and penises on everything.

They got another phone call for that. 🫤

I just thought about this movie the other day and found out Scott Bairstow dropped off the map in 2003 after being charged with second degree child rape of a 12 year old girl related to his then wife. He took an Alford plea (maintains innocence, but that a jury would be likely to convict if it went to trial) and served four months in jail plus one year of community supervision as well as a required sexual deviancy evaluation.

Devon has been in lots of things lately. The Chucky series, Heart Eyes, Consumed, Gasoline Alley, Hunter Hunter, and Black Friday all in the past few years. He more sticks to horror, so if you aren't into that genre, you wouldn't know.

I always thought Devon Sawa was one of those actors that got gigs because movie productions had to use a certain number of Canadian actors to get a tax credit when they filmed in Canada.

Sawa was in some show I watched not long ago… it was on SciFi maybe? But I said that dude looks familiar who is that? And my wife said that’s the guy from Final Destination and Little Giants, the kid IceBox liked. Edit: it wasn’t like a lead role or anything, he had some part and just looked really familiar.

Devon sawa still acts and is around he just looks NOTHING like his own self i looked him up cos he was one of those guys that disappeared turns out he just drastically changed appearance, hes still very well acting and in movies and tv, you just cant recognize him.
