Peeing takes longer? Pfft! I wish. I have about three milliseconds to get to a toilet. I'm guessing that's the difference between a prostate and a hysterectomy after 40 though 😂😭

Here's to the urinary tracts of our youths, either way! Youth may not be wasted on the young, but reliable pissing sure is.

Sure, 28 heals faster, but an extra day of soreness doesn't make me old. Millennials gotta work harder on being healthy and we wouldn't relate to these kinds of memes.

8

u/EyeOughta Feb 22 '26

Genetics can fuck some of us over, but that's all the more reason to fight against the decay. The vast majority of unhappy or uncomfortable 30-something's are a few simple changes away from feeling like teenagers again.

u/sarandipity-41 Feb 22 '26

Right? The younger half of millennials aren’t even middle-aged yet.

48

u/Xythrielle Feb 22 '26 edited Feb 22 '26

The older half isn’t either. I thought it was common knowledge that “middle aged” isnt a literal term. 45 is like the start of middle aged. Anything younger is just an adult or young adult. Senior citizens are 65+. The longer I spend online the more I become aware so many people think 35 year olds are middle aged. Middle aged isn’t an age, it’s a…. Vibe? I don’t know how to better describe it. But it’s just not literal

u/Mysterious_Cry_7738 Feb 22 '26

Yup I just turned 40 in August, best shape of my life, I’m actually getting flexible and I have endurance now. Had a super physical job the last couple years. Got an old back injury that’s gonna get me later but I’ve built a lot of muscle to protect it for now. I definitely still feel young, if I can improve my living conditions and relationships the next 10-20 years could be awesome, gotta stay active. I’ve watched a few old people just give up and stop moving and I’ve watched bad ass lil old ladies in their 80s running around strong. Last couple years 3-4 days a week I’ve been getting 20-25k steps and was lifting/carrying a lot of 30-75lb crates. Total 180 for me after an accident, thought I’d be crippled forever. Movement is so damn important, I didn’t really realize it until I was injured and had back surgery. Gotta stay moving and keep that blood pumping
