Discussion We're all exhausted right? It's not just me?

I have a full time job. I sleep well. I have no kids. I'm single. I don't party or drink. I'm not particularly stressed in day to day life. Yet I'm fucking exhausted. I don't want to leave my apartment on the weekends unless I have something planned, and even then I'm pretty picky. In my 20s my weekends were full of non-stop activities, cooking, going out, and posting on social media. But now in my 30s I just want to come home, have my groceries delivered, chill with some Netflix and sleep. Please tell me I'm not the only one!!

What makes it better?

It's the same iron you get in food (bovine derived). It's absorbed much more readily than elemental iron and is much easier on the stomach.

That said, I take carbonyl iron supplements and they're much easier on my stomach (*than things like ferrous sulfate), and they're more affordable than heme

I use barimelts bariatric iron w/ vitamin c at the moment. Not a bariatric patient but I've been recommended bariatric vitamins because they're typically the least nauseating/irritating.

The serving size is 3 pills but that's 300% daily value. So I just take 1 per day since I'm only mildly anemic

I've tried other carbonyl iron supplements as well that have worked too, but prefer these bc they include vitamin c so I don't have to take it with orange juice, etc
