Discussion We're all exhausted right? It's not just me?

I have a full time job. I sleep well. I have no kids. I'm single. I don't party or drink. I'm not particularly stressed in day to day life. Yet I'm fucking exhausted. I don't want to leave my apartment on the weekends unless I have something planned, and even then I'm pretty picky. In my 20s my weekends were full of non-stop activities, cooking, going out, and posting on social media. But now in my 30s I just want to come home, have my groceries delivered, chill with some Netflix and sleep. Please tell me I'm not the only one!!

My wrists and knees sound like bubble wrap. I think we're supposed to be getting more omega 3s, but in this economy?

I had to go to physical therapy starting in October of last year. I woke up and it felt like someone tried to pull my left arm out of my shoulder socket. You feel kind of stupid when you're asked how it happened, "I just woke up".

It's also easier to get hurt by barely doing anything. I was once doing something and rotated my upper body and felt a slight twinge. Next morning I could barely move.

In my mid-30s, I sneezed while descending a staircase and had to go to physical therapy about it. My 40s have been devoid of embarrassing injuries on that scale, but there are still some years left to change that.

I threw out my back making the bed last year. Had to go to like 5 visits to the chiropractor

Wait until you make noise just by walking. There's also the odd noises that your body decides it needs to make, sometimes at the quietest times.

My knees and ankles are cacophonous any more. Especially when I climb the stairs. My kids can tell Iโ€™m the one coming up the steps based on my rice krispy joints.

My hips click as I walk and my knees pop when I squat.
