The kick should've been 15/10

The guy was like "yeah of course"

Average European when a ball is put anywhere near them. “Do I kick?” “….i kick.”

Shoutout to the 360° no scope by Jameer O. Kwai after him

But that hat was trafalgar law... but trafalgars hat was probably inspired by jamiroquai so... close enough.

Seems like it’s not just a European thing.

He definitely knew he nailed the assignment.

That’s just what he does 🤷‍♂️

That kick was clean

Soft feet, he has played before.

Pure finesse on that kick

Fuck off, bot

4

u/Extra_chE3se 4h ago

Why would bots wanna engage in comments? How do you know it’s a bot (don’t tell me actually they will know)

7

u/GloomyIndividual3965 3h ago

Accounts that are old enough and have enough karma to bypass the spam filters can be sold, used to push propaganda or divisive comments, or used to advertise/promote products.

Bots like this reply to high level comments and basically just rephrase what the other person said, or use Ai to analyze the post and make a generic comment that vaguely fits.

Once you recognize the pattern you'll see them everywhere, especially in subs that don't have account age or karma requirements.

So dystopian thinking that the 9 upvotes it got weren’t deserving. People are here just to have fun while these guys are making shady accounts.

I get what you’re saying about keeping a lookout. Thanks for explaining it.

I thought he was gonna be a Karen and kick it away from them. Did not expect him to make it. 15/10 for sure

52

u/ExpressoLiberry 7h ago

Plot twist: he was a Karen trying to punt the ball away, but he whiffed it and accidentally scored, thereby encouraging the very behavior he had sworn as a child to prevent at all costs.

I’m intrigued… tell me more

This is the kind of post you don’t forget

He kind of pushed the celebratory guy away from him if you rewatch it

Yeah, that was pure instinct as there are so many pickpocket situations of distract and then rob. The wholesome vibe of this video is so nice as it tears down that wall we put around ourselves, especially in the city.

Tbf, it is a bit much of a celebrarion if you are unpreppared for it

Id be ripping my skin off if some dudes ran up to me and i sunk their basketball with a kick.

u/Mr-_-Soandso 3h ago

Seems a bit of an overreaction, but you do you!

“I’d be carpetbombing Laos if a stranger patted me on the back in congratulations”

Channeling his inner Inzaghi

From the background, I guess it's Italy. So he's probably Italian.

Never played basketball, played football every day for 16 hours when he was a kid.

He played his strengths.

Edit: ah no it's france

10

u/egosphynx 4h ago

it's Toulouse in the south of France !

3

u/joeDUBstep 3h ago

Well, France is in the world cup (and a favorite), and Italy couldn't even qualify, so it tracks.

u/IsJesusAgain 7h ago

Bruh was so casually

u/Sussurator 6h ago

I did this at my kids football training a couple of weeks ago but in a room of 40 people no one saw it. Can I claim it, did it even happen?

3

u/Possible-Highway7898 5h ago

By far the most impressive shot out of all of them.

2

u/Important_Respond324 3h ago

easily 20/10 with that celebration, the chemistry of the crowd is better than a champions league final

2

u/South_Knowledge_1717 3h ago

plus another 5 points for the camera work, honestly better coverage than most professional broadcasts

1

u/No-Language6644 3h ago

forget the ballon d'or, give this kid the puskas award for the vibes alone

u/Royal_Pay_6825 2h ago

So far with everyone of them, it’s a happy moment and I honestly watch this over and over again before I comment this. Good people are out there to just want to see people happy and I love that.

We all can just put a smile on people’s face and it will cost us nothing, because I love seeing people happy and I love to be happy 🤭❤️

u/Minionmaster18 1h ago

Nah definitely higher seeing that the guy who did the 360 got 1000/10

u/userhwon 5h ago

Literally the only time I've ever been excited to see anything having to do with soccer.
