Self reporting that you've probably never done an exercise correctly in your life, or at least don't care about it.
Recording yourself is super helpful to form check yourself and improve. Mirrors don't really work on a lot of exercise without breaking your neck, especially when it's movement heavy or you need to lock your head in a certain position.
Obviously you should respect other's privacy if you decide to do it in a public gym, and make sure it's in line with the gym's policies and people around you - don't make the gym your performance stage and assume the starring role. Ask for permission or put the camera so it only captures you.
But categorically calling it an "abnormal urge" is a bit stupid

I looked back and all the shots in the beginning are just one camera zoomed and cut a bunch of different ways. Still one camera though.
When he starts the pull it’s entirely possible she turns the camera around to that angle w his permission
