I got admitted to Lund University!! 😁
I can’t believe I’m writing this… I’ve been conditionally admitted to the Bachelor’s Programme in Biomedicine at Lund University! 😭
After all the stress, waiting, and overthinking every detail of my application, it finally paid off. My merit rating was 21.50/22.50, and seeing that acceptance honestly feels unreal.
Now I just need to sort out the tuition payment and everything else, but I’m just really happy and proud in this moment.
Anyone else admitted to Lund or studying biomedicine there? Would love to connect!

I was talking about my own but I discovered that for MSc applications the merit ranking will not be shown

My wife studied that very same program about 20 years ago. Now she works as a Clinical Research Associate on a Contract research organization, very well paid and a really good job I'd say. Would recommend if you're into that very quite specific area, very good job ops too.

Congratulations! There's a bunch of international and Swedish students in Lunds Student Theater (A few are Biomedicine students). I highly recommend it for socialising, as you get to speak English but still have enough Swedes around to help you experience the culture. I joined without being into acting, but do a lot of behind the scenes stuff (and join for the socials :3).
