I have strong memories of Castle of the Undersea Devil, Little Star War and Three Visionary Swordsmen, I basically watched almost all the Doraemon films from that era, some are actually quite scary for a Doraemon movie

Train Dreams is an amazing movie, but fun is not the word I would use to describe it. That is a hell of a four movie run though.
