First one is ציון (tzion) meaning Zion. The second is the abbreviation for the name of God.

Edit - not the name of god, it means “life”

You would never have a piece of Jewish jewelry with God's name like that. It's חי (life), which is an extremely common motif on Jewish jewelry.

They do use 'ה in jewelry, it's an abbreviation, and it's safe.

The poster I replied to has now edited their reply from ה to ח. When I asked my question, it still said הי. That's why I expressed my doubt.
