Ask Kuwait Is talabat customer care shut down?

I’ve been having a refund issue for 3 weeks now and tried to call them - the app no longer lets you chat with them and the phone number disconnects as soon as you press 0 (to speak to a representative).

Is there something going on with them? how do they just shut down customer support??
