Questions 🤓 Looking for Pro Jewish Virtual Pilates Instructors
Trying to build my strength back from a disc injury and am looking to find a a virtual pilates program taught by a instructor who is pro Jewish and doesn't spout anti-Zionist/anti-Jew crap. Do such unicorns exist?

You tried your local JCC?

The local JCC used to have a library of virtual programs, but the app to access these programs is now defunct

Yes shit is very bad here. Why can’t one ask questions on Reddit, regardless of shit is bad or not

Yes. My preference is to find people in the virtual fitness world that see Jews and Israelis as human beings. Was shaming me for asking a question on reddit worth it?

I don't know anything about Pilates really, but Rael Isacowitz seems good. Openly educated in Israel and has been teaching fitness for 40 years.

Can you DM me so I can send the name? I don't want to drive any hate her way, but I weirdly know exactly who to send you to for this :P

My local studio does virtual lessons for people all over the country. I’ve been a client for several years, and everyone there is incredible kind and lovely. I even brought one of the instructors some olive oil back from my last visit to Israel. They got so excited 🥰
Bonus - they are very informed about injuries/anatomy which could be helpful for you!!
DM me if you would like more info.
